Cancellation Policy

At Lavish Getaways, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent while maintaining the integrity of our premium services.


Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • 30 days or more before departure
    Eligible for a refund after deducting service charges and any non-refundable costs.

  • 15–29 days before departure
    50% of the total package price will be retained as cancellation fees.

  • Less than 15 days before departure
    100% of the package cost will be retained; no refund applicable.


Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services, including flight tickets, visa fees, event tickets, and other third-party bookings, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation notice.


Lavish Getaways-Initiated Cancellations

  • In the rare event Lavish Getaways must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

    • A full refund, OR

    • An alternative package of equal or higher value, as per the guest’s preference.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used at the time of booking.


Special Notes

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@lavish.com.

  • Refund amounts may vary based on the terms of third-party service providers.

  • No refunds will be entertained for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.
