• By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as per package terms.

• Payments can be made via secure online transactions, bank transfers, or authorized payment gateways listed on our website.

• Prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes, visa fees, and additional surcharges unless otherwise specified.

• Lavish Getaways reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice due to changes in exchange rates, government taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Eligible for a partial refund after deducting service charges.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the package cost will be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: Non-refundable.

• Lavish Getaways Cancellation

  • In the rare event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative package of equal value.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.

4. Travel Documents & Visa

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid passports, visas, permits, and other necessary documents.

• Lavish Getaways may assist in visa processing but does not guarantee approval.

• Any refusal of entry or visa rejection by immigration authorities is beyond our control, and no refunds will be applicable in such cases.

5. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation.

• Lavish Getaways shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control.

6. Health & Safety

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet the health and vaccination requirements of the destination.

• Special medical conditions or dietary needs must be informed at the time of booking.

• Lavish Getaways reserves the right to deny participation if a traveler is deemed medically unfit for a trip.

7. Conduct & Responsibility

• Guests are expected to maintain respectful conduct during tours and stays.

• Any damage caused to property, vehicles, or accommodations by a guest will be the sole responsibility of the traveler, and charges must be settled immediately.

• Illegal activities, including possession of prohibited substances, will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Lavish Getaways acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport companies.

• While we ensure premium standards, we are not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations by airlines or transport services

  • Natural calamities, political unrest, or unforeseen events beyond our control

  • Loss of personal belongings during the trip

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, images, and designs on the Lavish Getaways website are the intellectual property of the company.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
